Devlieg? T80 T8D Microbore boring/fly cutter/tool holder 1.5" capacity CAT50

Description

I'll be honest and say that I'm not entirely sure what this is. It has a Microbore name which makes me assume Devlieg but it doesn't actually have any Devlieg logo on it that I can find. It's basically a CAT50 1.5" tool/end mill holder that has some sort of slotted attachment in it that could hold a boring bar or a fly cutter perhaps. The slot is 1.25" wide. This attachment could just be trashed if you want to use it as a tool holder instead.
