This was part of a bath renovation project that never got done.  All photos except first stock one are of the actual product.

Replacement Parts needed are minimal and available at Kohler's website for less than total.

Lock Set (1040645) x 2 @ 7.50 each
Sliding Bar Pin (1033800) x 2  @ 5.40 each
All parts present were still wrapped in original foam wrapping and bubble wrap and just opened to check condition. They are in perfect condition.
This item retails for 8 and can be found various places NEW online at around 0+. Optional trim kits are available but are not
necessary
for installation.
